What’s your relationship with EG Home? What do you love most about working here?
I joined the EG Home team in June as a new Construction Manager. I love the constant action of being in the field where you can see tangible progress day in and day out. I am a very visual person, so seeing marked progress from day to day is very satisfying.
What do you wish other people knew about EG Home?
I would like people to know how dedicated each employee is. Everyone at EG works extremely hard to ensure the highest standards are upheld. That being said, we still have fun. There are a lot of great personalities here at EG!
What inspires you and your work?
I find great inspiration from successful individuals who have come before me. Whether it’s a management style or work ethic, there’s always something you can learn or improve.
Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family!
I grew up on the shoreline, in Madison, CT. After graduation I spent eight years living and working in NYC. My wife, Fernanda, and I are very excited for our daughter, Sophia, to be starting school here in Connecticut this fall.
How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?
Most of my free time lately has involved house hunting and car shopping. When I do have a day to myself, I really enjoy golfing or being outdoors. When we are looking for a relaxing family day we usually go to the beach, fire up the BBQ, and get ice cream afterwards.
What would someone be surprised to know about you?
I’m a bit of a Discovery channel/History channel nerd. I watch a lot of documentary TV that will put most people right to sleep.
Tell us about someone you admire.
I admire my father and his work ethic. He set a good example for me growing up that has been extremely beneficial for me in both my professional and personal life.
