When you use the AI Assistant or chat features, we and Anewgo may collect the information you type or provide, including contact information, service or property interests, lead qualification answers, chat or conversation content, conversation history, timestamps, and related performance analytics.

Anewgo provides the AI Assistant as a service provider/processor for EG Home. Anewgo may process personal information to provide, support, secure, and improve the AI Assistant and may use approved content, data sources, FAQs, knowledge-base materials, conversation history, and analytics as part of the service. Anewgo may use service providers or subprocessors to support the service and does not sell EG Home client data.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to these categories of recipients, depending on our business operations and your interactions with us:

• service providers and processors, such as Anewgo, website hosts, cloud/IT vendors, analytics providers, CRM or lead capture platforms, email/SMS vendors, marketing agencies, communications providers, customer support vendors, and security providers;

• professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, or consultants;

• advertising, analytics, and marketing partners

• affiliates and related entities;

• government entities, regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties when required by law or legal process;
