What’s your relationship with EG Home? What do you love most about working here?
From the moment I started at EG Home about two months ago, I have felt as though I was a part of the team. Karen and DJ have been great during the training process and I could not be happier.
Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family.
I grew up in Watertown, CT and I still reside there with my husband and two teenage boys. I have a sister who lives on our family’s farm, which has been in our family for over 100 years. My mom recently moved from Las Vegas to enjoy her and her husband’s retirement in sunny Florida.
How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?
I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the summer, floating in the pool and taking drives in our classic cars. Other times you will find me at the football field, basketball court, or baseball diamond cheering on my boys.
What do you wish other people knew about EG Home?
We have a great group of people who go above and beyond to make the construction process as seamless as possible.
What would someone be surprised to know about you?
Nothing – I am an open book!
Tell us about someone you admire.
The person I admire the most is my dad. He was the most selfless person I have ever known – not with just his family but with everyone he met. He would have given a stranger the shirt off his back if they needed it. He was an extremely hard worker and worked from sunup to sundown on the farm and never complained. He was my hero!
What inspires you and your work?
I love what I do and I love working in the construction field!
