Sold Out! Trailside Reserve and Perkins Reserve

EG Home is excited to share that two of our beautiful new home communities in Connecticut are sold out! These neighborhoods offer unique and desirable living experiences in the eastern and coastal parts of our wonderful state, and we couldn’t build them fast enough. Take a look at a few of the reasons they sold so quickly, and get a sneak peek at our newest neighborhood coming soon!

Sold Out Communities in Monroe and Mystic

Trailside Reserve is a peaceful and private 19-home community in idyllic Monroe, Connecticut. This neighborhood features spacious, high-end single family homes on wooded 0.75-acre lots. Families needing generous interior layouts and ample green space were eager for the chance to own in this forested oasis. Close to excellent schools, parks and outdoor recreation, Trailside Reserve offers luxe, carefree living on a grand scale.

Perkins Reserve is a jewel of a community in charming Mystic, Connecticut. The neighborhood offered a rare opportunity to own new construction in this historic, coastal town. Fifty townhomes and carriage homes surround Central Park – a large grassy area with a walking path, pavilion, grills, and outdoor fire pit. This was EG Home’s first community in Mystic. It was tremendously successful, selling out in just over a year of launching sales.

Homebuyers responded to the challenges (and some opportunities) of the last year by seeking more flexibility in their lives. For many, that meant increased open space to live and safely enjoy the outdoors, bonus rooms that could be transformed into home offices, classrooms or gyms, and the security of owning vs. renting. We’re proud to say that EG Home delivered.
