Sold Out Communities in Monroe and Mystic
Trailside Reserve is a peaceful and private 19-home community in idyllic Monroe, Connecticut. This neighborhood features spacious, high-end single family homes on wooded 0.75-acre lots. Families needing generous interior layouts and ample green space were eager for the chance to own in this forested oasis. Close to excellent schools, parks and outdoor recreation, Trailside Reserve offers luxe, carefree living on a grand scale.
Perkins Reserve is a jewel of a community in charming Mystic, Connecticut. The neighborhood offered a rare opportunity to own new construction in this historic, coastal town. Fifty townhomes and carriage homes surround Central Park – a large grassy area with a walking path, pavilion, grills, and outdoor fire pit. This was EG Home’s first community in Mystic. It was tremendously successful, selling out in just over a year of launching sales.
